Dear parents,

The email was sent to all registered players over the weekend. It has been highlighted today that some parents did receive this email and apparently others did not.

GRADING & TEAM FORMATION DATES & TIMES:

Only registered APSC players who have paid in full are eligible to participate in grading and/or attend Team Formation Day.

GRADING INSTRUCTIONS: (U12 to U18):
. If your age group has two allocated grading dates, players MUST attend both sessions
. Attendance must be punctual, please arrive 15 minutes before allocated times
. Bring a drink bottle labelled with the players’ name (no sharing drink bottles)
. Apply sunscreen
. Shinpads are compulsory (No shin pads, no grading)
. Jewellery is NOT permitted to be worn during trials eg: earrings, necklaces, glasses, watches, fitbits etc
. Best behaviour and listen very carefully to instructions given by graders
. Parents/guardians are to remain behind the fenced areas during trials and please do not approach FSC grading coaches

TEAM FORMATION DAY: (U5 to U11)
. Strictly, only registered players are permitted to attend Team Formation Day.
. Players to attend team allocations based on their correct age group

COACHING APPLICATIONS:
Coaching positions are open to all parents, we urge anyone who is willing and able to coach to please complete the online Coaching Application ASAP. Coaching can be arranged in groups of two (or more) people and is an extremely rewarding experience. https://form.jotform.com/210047241034035

WET WEATHER:
In the event grading or team formation cannot go ahead due to wet weather, please ensure you check for postponement information.

. If there is no information posted by late afternoon on either of the above sites, grading will go ahead. Grading will go ahead on cloudy days and light rain

CANTEEN:
Our Club requires an enthusiastic Canteen Coordinator! This role may suit one person or two people who are happy to share the role together.

This is an especially important position that assists in ensuring we can provide our annual Presentation Day trophies and rides (dependant on COVID rules), payment for referees, and offsets our registration and apparel prices.
